What did you gain from working for Tripple?
Tripple Consulting allowed me to get some extremely valuable experience giving me the possibility to apply to some of the best consulting firms and use the hands-on experience I received on a day to day basis in my new job. Working at Tripple Consulting, you will be given opportunities to work on a large variety of projects and get high client exposure, something not so common for junior positions with other consultancy firms. After Tripple, I became a consultant at a global management and technology consulting company for EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa)

What did you gain from working for Tripple?

Tripple is where I started my consulting career and developed a number of skills. During my time here I completed my PRINCE2, BCS Business Analyst Diploma and started my CIMA.  I worked on various FinTech projects and gained exposure to executive level individuals, thus allowing me to grow my network. I have really enjoyed being Head of Marketing and CSR and have acquired additional knowledge/skills that I don’t think I would have picked up in another company. Robert & Pavle have been very supportive throughout my time at Tripple, their coaching/mentoring are second to none.

What did you gain from working for Tripple?
Excellent exposure to a large company and Executives, a great network of contacts, in-depth knowledge of the application design lifecycle and specific knowledge of IT in the financial services sector. An opportunity to learn from and be mentored by a very experienced and knowledgeable Senior Consultant. After Tripple, I became a Senior Project Manager for the largest bank in Lebanon.

What did you gain from working for Tripple?

When I joined Tripple Consulting in 2013 as a graduate, I immediately gained hands-on experience as a Business Analyst by producing Business Operating Models for a major corporate bank as part of the SEPA scheme. Since then, I have been involved in the creation of a new bank through the development of Target Operating Models and process maps. The small nature of Tripple Consulting means that there is a strong sense of camaraderie and I have been given excellent support to reach my full potential.

What did you gain from working for Tripple?
Tripple provided me with an opportunity to work in a few different working environments whilst developing a range of skills and behaviours. With hindsight, I would choose Tripple again not only for the combination of diverse working experiences and coaching but also for the freedom to develop in my own way. Overall Tripple is a great place to start a career and embed capabilities for the future. This included my role as a Senior Business Analyst for the RBS Group.

What are you they doing now?

What did you gain from working for Tripple?
I gained some excellent experience in a wide variety of projects across banking and also charities. I have worked on a diverse array of projects, developing various skills, such as problem-solving, presenting and strategic thinking, where many of these opportunities may not have been presented to me as a fresh graduate in other organisations. I was in at the deep end from day one, which definitely taught me some level of resilience and tenacity. The most valuable thing one would learn or gain from working at Tripple is Robert’s mentoring and coaching. His knowledge and experience in banking and consulting are second to none. Furthermore, he helped me grow as a professional with his supportive yet challenging approach. Thank you Robert.
